If there is a problem with you flooring we will come out and see it. If it is fixable we will fix it at no charge, however if we believe that it is a manufacturing defect we will start the claim’s process on your behalf, always by your side, giving you updates as they are received. All the products we sell have both material warranties and installation guarantees, so don’t fret.
